ကြန္ပ်ဴတာအလြယ္တကူအသုံးျပဳနည္းမ်ား

(1) Adding Programs On Right Click Context Menu
ကြန္ပ်ဴတာနယ္ပယ္မွာ အလုပ္လုပ္ေနသူမ်ားအတြက္ အလြယ္ကူဆုံးကြန္ပ်ဴတာအသုံးျပဳနည္းေတြကို ေဖာ္ျပေပးလိုက္ပါတယ္။ ပထမဦးဆုံးအေနျဖင့္ Desktop, Folder, File ေတြ အေပၚမွာ Right Click ႏွိပ္လိုက္ရင္ ေပၚလာတဲ့ Context Menu မွာ ကိုယ္စိတ္ၾကိဳက္ Program, Options ေတြ ထည့္တဲ့နည္းကို ေဖာ္ျပေပးလုိက္ပါတယ္။ Right Click Context Menu ေပၚမွာ ကိုယ္ၾကိဳက္တဲ့၊ အသုံးမ်ားတဲ့ Program ေတြကို ထည့္သြင္းထားျခင္းျဖင့္ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာစသုံးကာစလို ဖြင့္ခ်င္တဲ့ Software App, Program ေတြကို ဟုိရွာ၊ဒီရွာလုပ္ေနစရာမလိုေတာ့ပါဘူး။ Desktop Screen အေပၚ လြတ္တဲ့ေနရာမွာ Right Click ႏွိပ္ျပီး ကိုယ္ထည့္ထားတဲ့ Program ကို ဖြင့္လိုက္ရုံပါပဲ။ ဒါကိုလုပ္ဖို ့အတြက္
Run Box မွာ regedit ရိုက္ထည့္ျပီး Registry Editor ထဲဝင္လိုက္ပါ။ ေအာက္က Directory Path လမ္းအတိုင္း တစ္ဆင့္ခ်င္းဝင္သြားလိုက္ပါ။ HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shell
Shell အေပၚမွာ right click\New\Key ကို ထပ္ႏွိပ္ပါ။ New Key မွာ မိမိထည့္ထားခ်င္သည့္ Program Name သို ့မဟုတ္ Right Click ႏွိပ္လိုက္ရင္ ေပၚေစခ်င္သည့္နာမည္ေပးပါ။ မိမိေပးထားခဲ့သည့္နာမည္အေပၚမွာ Right Click\ New\Key ျပန္ႏွိပ္ပါ။ New Key မွာ command လို ့စာလုံးေပါင္းမမွားေအာင္ရိုက္ထည့္ပါ။ ျပီးရင္ command အေပၚမွာ click ေထာက္၊ ညာဘက္ Panel အေပၚမွာ ကြင္းစကြင္းပိတ္နဲ ့ Default ကို Double Click ႏွိပ္ျပီး Value Data မွာ မိမိထည့္ထားခ်င္သည့္ Program, Software ရဲ ့File Path လမ္းကို ကူးထည့္ပါ။ ဥပမာ- Notepad ဆိုပါစို ့။ Notepad ရဲ ့File location က C:\WINDOWS\system32\notepad.exe ပါ။ အဲ့တာကို ခုနက value date မွာ မွန္ကန္ေအာင္ရိုက္ထည့္၊ Copy ကူးထည့္ပါ။ Registry ကို ပိတ္ျပီး Desktop ေပၚမွာ Right Click ႏွိပ္ၾကည့္ပါ။ Notepad ကို right click menu ေပၚကေန အလြယ္တကူဖြင့္ႏိုင္ပါျပီ။ တစ္ျခားမိမိထည့္ထားခ်င္တဲ့ software ေတြကိုလည္း အေပၚကနည္းအတိုင္း ထည့္ထားႏို္င္ပါတယ္။ Registry ကို မသုံးတတ္ရင္ Third party software ေတြျဖစ္တဲ့ https://www.raymond.cc/blog/download/did/843/ https://www.raymond.cc/blog/download/did/844/ https://www.raymond.cc/blog/download/did/128/ https://www.raymond.cc/blog/download/did/845/ https://www.raymond.cc/blog/download/did/846/

(2) Creating Own Shortcut Key
ကြန္ပ်ဴတာကီးဘုတ္ေပၚမွာ Program တိုင္းအတြက္ Shortcut key ေတြရွိပါတယ္။ တစ္ခ်ိဳ ့က်ေတာ့ သိပ္အသုံးမျပဳလို ့ေမ့ေနတတ္ပါတယ္။ Software တစ္ခုကို ကိုယ္ပိုင္ Shortcut Key လုပ္ထားရင္ေတာ့ software ရွိတဲ့ေနရာအထိ သြားဖြင့္စရာမလိုေတာ့ပါဘူး။ Paint ေဆာ့ဝဲလ္ဖြင့္ဖို ့ကို Windows Start\All Programs\Windows Accessories အထိ ဝင္ျပီးသြားဖြင့္ေနရတဲ့ Programmer တစ္ေယာက္ေတြ ့ဖူးတယ္။ ကိုယ္ပိုင္ shortcut key လုပ္ဖို ့မိမိၾကိဳက္တဲ့ software, program, file, music, video, etc.ေတြကို အရင္ဦးဆုံး right click ႏွိပ္။ ေအာက္နားေလးမွာ create shortcut ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။ အဲ့ဒီ shortcut ကို cut လုပ္ျပီး C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories ေအာက္မွာ paste လုပ္လိုက္ပါ။ ျပီးရင္ အဲ့ဒီ software, program ကိုပဲ right click ႏွိပ္၊ Properties ကိုႏွိပ္။ Shortcut Tab ေအာက္က Shortcut Key ေနရာမွာ မိမိစိတ္ၾကိဳက္ Shortcut key ေပးလိုက္ပါ။ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာကီးဘုတ္ေပၚက Tab, ESC, Power, Enter စသည့္ ကီးေတြကလြဲလို ့က်န္တာ မိမိၾကိဳက္သလို ေပးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
(3) Creating Own Run Command key
ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ Search box ကေန Shweyoe dictionary ကို ရိုက္ရွာလိုက္ရင္ေတြ ့ႏိုင္ေပမယ့္ Windows Key နဲ ့ R ကို တြဲႏွိပ္ရတဲ့ Run box က ရိုက္ရွာရင္ေတာ့ မေတြ ့ႏိုင္ပါဘူး။ အဲ့ဒီလိုပါပဲ တစ္ခါတစ္ေလ အေရးၾကီးလို ့ တစ္ခုခုကို Search box ရိုက္ရွာတာ မေတြ ့ပဲျဖစ္ေနတတ္ပါတယ္။ Search box ကေန ရွာလို ့မရေပမယ့္ Run box ကေန ရွာလို ့ရတဲ့နည္းေတြရွိပါတယ္။ ပထမနည္းက မိမိလုပ္ခ်င္သည့္ software, program, file, music, video, etc. ေတြကို အေပၚက နည္းအတုိင္း right click\ create shortcut လုပ္ပါ။ အဲ့ဒီ Shortcut ကို Cut လုပ္ျပီး C:\Windows ေအာက္မွာ paste ခ်ပါ။ ျပီးရင္ အဲ့ဒါကို Rename မိမိရွာရိုက္ခ်င္တဲ့ နာမည္ေပးထားလိုက္ပါ။ အခုဆိုရင္ေတာ့ Windows Search box ကေနေရာ Run Box မွာပါ မိမိေပးထားခဲ့တဲ့ software, program, file, music, video, etc. ေတြကို အလြယ္တကူရွာႏိုင္ပါျပီ။ ဒုတိယနည္းက Registry ဖြင့္လိုက္ပါ။ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths အထိ တစ္ဆင့္ခ်င္းဝင္ပါ။ အဲ့ဒီမွာ Windows မွာပါတဲ့ run box ကေနသုံးလုိ ့ရတဲ့ software ေတြကို ျမင္ရမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ကိုယ္က အသစ္ထပ္ထည့္မွာျဖစ္တဲ့အတြက္ App Path ကို Right click\New\Key မွာ ကိုယ္ေပးသုံးမယ့္ ေဆာ့ဝဲလ္နာမည္ကို entension ပါေအာင္ .exe နဲ ့ေပးပါ။ ျပီးရင္ အဲ့ဒီ ေဆာ့ဝဲအေပၚ click ေထာက္၊ ညာဘက္အေပၚက default ကို double click ႏိွပ္၊ Value data မွာ အဲ့ဒီေဆာ့ဝဲလ္ရဲ ့ location ကို ကူးထည့္ျပီး OK ႏွိပ္၊ အဲ့ဒီ Default ရဲ ့ေအာက္ လြတ္ေနတဲ့ ေနရာမွာ Right click\New\key ကို Path လုိ ့ နာမည္ေပးပါ။ Path ကို double click ႏိွပ္၊ Value data မွာ ခုနကေဆာ့ဝဲလ္ရဲ ့ location ကို ျပန္ကူးထည့္ျပီး OK ႏွိပ္ပါ။ Registry ကုိ ပိတ္ျပီး အဲ့ဒီေဆာ့ဝဲလ္ကို Search box, Run box ကေန အလြယ္ရွာႏိုင္ပါျပီ။
